Service

After the settlement of a home and the completion of the Settlement Completion List, the Service Department comes into the picture. We offer a one-year warranty on each of our homes. The service department handles items, which would appear on the 60-day punch-list and the one-year punch-list. Our service team maintains an emergency pager so that our clients always have the peace of mind and confidence that prudent and decisive advice is available to them 24 hours a day for that rare emergency condition. John Yard, who heads our Service Department, has been with me for 19 years and has developed a virtual sixth sense on diagnosing and remedying the sometimes quirky and difficult nuance items which can appear on occasion with any new structure. His propensity to detail and demands on quality performance continue to challenge all of us at Zaveta Construction to refine and adjust construction sequences as to push the materials and workmanship to a level unparalleled in the industry. I am confident that John and his team will absolutely exceed your expectations in a fair and timely fashion which defies the typical industry complacency and minimal levels of service.
