Design Coordinators 

Each home we build is also assigned a Design Coordinator whose job is to guide the customer through the selection making process. This guidance includes structuring all appointments pertaining to selections, assisting with decisions as needed, providing clients with all necessary information and pricing in order to make appropriate choices and monitoring the Selections Schedule to meet settlement date. Design Coordinators also supervise and write all of the change orders while acting as a liaison between all parties, including subcontractors, foreman, and clients. Design Coordinators will also attend all approval and walk-through meetings on site.


It is my opinion that our Design Coordinators play a key role in ensuring that the building process is orderly and well thought out. These two key components ensure that the building process does not become a quest and endurance test or worst of all, the finished detailing of the product simply does not meet the client’s expectations. Most of our client profiles are suggestive of extremely busy people whose careers and day to day family obligations are already consuming more time than is practical for real life compatibility. Consequently, I have heard countless clients offer the utmost thanks to the design coordinator for their unparalleled guidance and skill which has dramatically reduced the stress levels associated with numerous selections. As these staff members are not commissioned sales, they can readily provide an unbiased third party confirmation to the quality and value of the aesthetic appeal of the selected components.
